Made from grass-fed beef from renown Victorian grazing pastures, our fatty biltong is marinated in Protea Foods’ unique biltong spice blend and air-dried slowly over several days.

Available in 250g sizes.

Please note: freshly sliced biltong will be lightly vacuumed packed. It is highly recommended that once you receive the product that you open it and store in a paper bag or in a sealed container in the fridge to prevent spoilage. Once opened it should be consumed within three days. Do not eat the oxygen scavenger.
