Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 7 (seven) days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start your return, you need to contact info@proteafoods.com first. Once we approve your return, we will send you details on how to return the product. Any items sent back without prior receiving an approval for return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 (seven) days.

Damaged or Issues

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process a replacement or refund.

Non-refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Spoilt products as a result of improper storage and handling
